    Ron–

Very nice service for the patient.

You deserve a very nice fee for that, in turn.

Looks like a 4 tooth gingivectomy. UCR of about &#36500 to 600 here abouts in the LA area. Maybe &#36200-300 for being nice.

    Hi Ron

    Very nice result.
    How long did this take?
What is the new tip you used?is it similar to the T4 tip?

    Thanks for posting

I actually gave u guys a composite photo…I went from 2nd bi to 2nd bi and charged 500 per quad or a total of 1000 dollars…I’m doing the lower next week…I could have done it all at once but I had to go to my son’s little league game and we all know whats more important.

Looks good Ron. So Colonna’s BR tip works well for recontouring? Do you think the BR tip could be used to make an incision prior to reflection of a flap?

    Hi Folks,

Seeing how Ron and Glenn have posted a soft tissue case, here’s mine from a few weeks ago.

    bnelson1.jpg
Preop of osseous and gingival asymmetry.  Er:YAG 2940nm 600u 80 degree tip use.  Gingival tissue treated at 25Hz and 35mJ dry with air coolant.  Osseous treated with 25Hz and 90mJ wet.  Local used.

    Immediate post-op.

A probe should have been placed to show establishment of adequate biologic width before and after. Upper left central will be restored with a porcelain laminate in the near future.

    Thanks Glenn & Ron,

Nikon Coolpix with Macro SL-1 light.

Scope used to treat, but checked and rechecked from frontal view throughout treatment.

Closed osseous reduction of about 2 mm of upper right lateral and central, and upper left canine.

Porcelain laminate on upper right central for sure although I would like him to have more done to obtain a better overall result. Finance is a big obstacle.

    Thanks for the kind words.
