It’s amazing how a relatively “minor” surgery can just wipe out your energy and stamina.

It took me months to get my stamina back after my Achilles tendon surgery. 2 hours a day at first was all I could muster.

Then, 4 weeks ago, I pinched a ligament in my back–OUCH!! I’ve bveen only able to work 1/2 days until this week. Even then I was pretty much in a pain fog–not ablle to do more than single tasking. My staff kept asking the same from me and expecting me to be my normal multi-tasking self.

Wow! What an energy drainer……….

So, I feel your pain–OK, your exhaustion……..we ain’t 18 years old anymore.

Take it easy and get well sooner.

It is weird Bob how much the surgery drags out of you. Physically I am getting closer to feeling normal but as you mentioned mentally I am exhausted.

I have this week to recover, can you believe it, only one week today til we go.

Its gonna be fun……..Tell Janna not to worry about the beads……I am bringing a ton for her !!
