Here is a case that required osseous CL.  Forget about the settings. Since it was osseous and I was going to prep, I numbed the patient. I did use water/air . There was no bleeding until about 5 min after I finished and was preping the teeth.  Just to clear the slate. She did have ortho and was advised to return to ortho.Other tx options were also given to replace the central. Ok, no more excuses.

Looks real nice Dave. I like the way you arranged the gingival height of the canine, lateral, central and mirrored the right and left symetrically.

Whats over the apex of number eight is that some sort of graft?

    # 8 used to be up there. Someone tried to bring it down and then they extracted it and planned on doing an implant. It scarred in. Thought about lasering it to blend it in better.

David ……clap clap clap…..nice result , now did you do this with the Biolase…..heavy bleeding……..

    JUST KIDDING!!

Great result and you should be proud to show this……..

Think how good you would be with a scope.

(another joke my friend) and I am interested to see what some say about whether they would have done this open flap.

    Send us some healing photos………
