    I am a relatively new dentist (graduated in ’99). I bought an older practice and am converting it to a laser-focused practice. I am using an Nd:YAG and an Er,Cr:YSGG laser. My hygienist is using an 820nm diode.
    We also use a diagnodent. All of this technology has taken a significant bite out of my profits. Have any other laser users out there had to make changes in their fees to accomodate this type of change?

    Any suggestions will help. Thanks.

    Hi Kelly,

    Welcome to the forum.

    We just used the Udell Webb info and made sure our fees were in line with where they should be. We had been very low according to the info, so we did raise fees a couple months before starting up with the lasers.

    Seems to have worked out well.
