dkimmelSpectatorJust got a flier on A Laser perio course going to be in Clearwater Feb. 27 and Orlando Feb 28 th.
Anyone know anything about this Todd McCracken fellow? Looks like he is from Texas which is always a little scary!
Any of the TBLG interested. I am looking at the 28th because of a prior commitment.

Robert Gregg DDSSpectatorHi David,
Todd practices in a small town in East Texas.
Todd has been using lasers for a number of years, mostly diode and Pulsemaster Nd:YAG.
He was involved with the ALD when I was on the board with practice management, logos, brochures and stuff. He was the driving force behind ALD’s present logo (I was the Chair of that committee).
He tried to apply his lasers to what he understood laser perio pocket treatments to be by those who presented at ALD.
He got tired of trying to “reinvent the wheeel” as he puts it, traded in his Pulsemaster for a PerioLase MVP-7 and now wants to share his perspective (conversion) with others.
He has a really great PowerPoint presentation with annimations, graphics, and movies that inform, explain, and entertain a lot of the stuff about perio and lasers we teach in our 3 day BootCamp training. That’s why we call it a “preview” session.
It’s good stuff. He has a lot of our PowerPoint materials with clinical x-rays and LSU science histology that he has incorporated with his own, and tells our story well. He’s a dedicated “Road Warrior” in enjoying being on the road and sharing his excitement with what he is doing in his practice with his lasers.
He is Past President of the Texas AGD, and a frequent program presenter at the AGD, the Texas Academy of Laser Dentistry (the oldest laser academy in the US), Baylor and UT San Antonio CE programs.
Everyone I talk to really enjoys his presentations.
Bob
