did anyone experience any problems with the waterlase?

if yes, what were those problems and how were they solved by biolase?

any input is welcome, i’m trying to make a decision here

    thank you!

My reply might be a bit premature for your uses, as I’ve only had my laser for a couple of weeks. But, so far I am very pleased with Biolase support from both the rep and the technician.
    good luck,

Problems can and will occur with any piece of expensive equipment that we purchase…I have had a number of minor things with my laser over the 5 years I have had it…Biolase has been responsive attentive and always concerned with service almost immediately…No problems here…. Good luck…

I have had similar experiences as Ron has. The second week I had my Waterlase, it had some hardware/software issues that rendered it unusable. Biolase had their tech come out the next day, and when he couldn’t figure it out they sent the top dog the day after. It was fixed properly and it’s been running beautifully ever since – it has now been about 2 years. It also helps to have it properly serviced at least once/year. You have to manage this like anyother investment – continually maintain it and care for it and it will take you the distance.
